Rare 1940s Privi Partizon fashion Petrol lighter

An incredible FabFind for history buffs, lighter collectors, and those who just like cool stuff :))
This is a rare 1940s petrol lighter, Prvi Partizan, sold as is. I am not aware if it works. Was purchased at an estate sale in Florida. It is a lightweight aluminum and all the mechanical parts seem to be in working condition. Please see pictures provided.
Fun fact: Prvi Partizan is a Serbian manufacturer of ammunition and hand loading components based in Uzice, Serbia. Founded in 1927. In 1935, first named in Balkins for ammunition Factory of Arms and Ammunition in Uzice FOMU. When WW11 hit, the building was severely damaged in Uzice and in 1947 it was changed fashion to Prvi Partizan state owned company. Very interesting!
