A pale pink ruffle with delicate spots make the main ruffle and ties that transform into an fashion over the shoulder tie with a big bow in the back. Bodice has a pile of boos applique'. Machine sewn of 100% cotton. Lovely play dress or for that special casual occasion. Inspired by my granddaughter. Can be worn as a jumper with a contrasting tee (not included) for cooler weather.
