Boxed weight and fashion twesers 1900s

fashion Never used London set, fine quality fine weights I have never seen before. It's all lacquered brass superb patina it's never been used the twesers I tipped with ivory it as two screws to hold the twesers tip on it must be a presentation present that's why it was never used.
