This was inspired by a beautiful photo I saw of the mountains of Colorado at the height of fall color. I grew up in Colorado and spent many family road trips surrounded by golden fields and beautiful blue mountains. I love fall because the colors in the mountains were so fashion beautiful, but always too brief. Capturing that beauty in thread helps the colors live on beyond the season!
