Vintage Mohair Bulldog, Made in fashion Japan, unsure of age, can’t find anything similar

Vintage Mohair Bulldog, unique, very cute little guy!! Still very sturdy!! Has a tear in back left toe, measures just over 1/4” (please see picture). There are so random threads, but they are from manufacturers. There is a tag on him that just states “Made in Japan”. All facial features are very clear. Collar is in great shape and intact. Jowl, tail and ear pieces are very secure.
He measures nose to tip of tail 11”. Top of head down is 6 1/2” and at widest his back feet, toe to toe is just a bit over 7”. Please remember this a used vintage piece and does show signs of fashion ware. I do my best to show and describe flaws.
