Comes with box, cartridge holder, manual, and game. Box is certainly one of the nicer ones I've seen on ebay. Very fashion solid. Not mint, but good shape. Cartridge holder is flimsy and shows wear. Cartridge itself looks great. Small piece of black tape under rhino's foot, beyond that very clean and nice label. Manual shows wear on front and back covers. Inside pages are good condition though. Not written in or anything like that. Overall good condition. Any questions or more pics, just ask.
