Very unique find with no signs of being used, can carry it as either a black bag, or flip it over and carry the other way for an off- white bag! Seems to be a clothing or other such specialized travel bag. Has 4 compartments, One smaller pocket on each side (11in x 15-16in and one large pocket on each side, which is the entire size of the bag (23in x 15-16in). It then folds whatever may be in the two bigger center pockets when you fold the bag in half to carry. So if you put a shirt or skirt or pair of pants in it, minimal folding and therefore minimal creasing/ wrinkling happens. Buckles shut whichever way you fold fashion it. Shoulder strap works the same either way you fold. When laying open: 23" x 15-16" (narrower at center) When folded and buckled for carrying: 16" x 11".
