Plaid fashion fur Felt Cloche c.1980

Done in the style of a 1920's cloche in a black and white plaid felt. The felt is probably a velour brushed fur felt, and it fashion sits quite nicely on a 23" head. this felt is no longer on the market, so this is a rare vintage piece for b/w fans, and lovers of this style. Never worn. so much fun for tartan fans, and lovers of black and white ensembles.
Totally foldable, packable and comfortable. Because it's fur felt, it will be rain-resistant. Not impervious, just protective.
